Colette Carter

It is with a heavy heart that we remember our dear colleague, Colette Carter who sadly died on the 25.09.2023. She was an integral part of our Shelter support services within Birmingham. During her 5 years at Shelter Colette made significant contributions to our organisation. Colette guided some of our most hard to reach vulnerable rough sleepers into recovery, with kindness, compassion and empathy. As we mourn, we also celebrate the positive impact she had and the legacy she leaves behind.
